Andrew Feddersen
Andrew studied Environmental Management at the University of Queensland and Commerce at Deakin College. He is a qualified lead assessor of all three management systems advising our clients in the development and implementation of management systems leading to certification in ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 Safety Management System Standards.
Andrew also has his certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and his experience includes agriculture, rail infrastructure, small business and hospitality. His management experience equips him well to support our clients and provide practical, effective advice.
His work takes him to most states of Australia, in urban, regional and rural areas, and even overseas to clients as far away as in the remote highlands of Papua New Guinea.
Andrew is very committed to client support and, as the son of the Principal Consultant, he is focussed on expanding the scope of services that Feddersen Consulting Group offers. His attention to reliability of service and his dedication to optimising successful outcomes for our clients is a great fit with Feddersen Consulting Group’s mission.
Murray Feddersen
Murray graduated from the University of Melbourne as a mechanical engineer and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He completed the Advanced Management Program at the Australian Management College at Mt Eliza, Victoria and gained management experience in both the manufacturing and construction industries before establishing his own consulting firm nearly 30 years ago.
Whilst initial consulting work focused on the provision of Quality Management to large construction companies on major projects, the scope has since broadened to cover all industries and include Environmental and Safety Management and specialised engineering support.
Murray also heads up the Feddersen Consulting Group team which advises its clients on achieving compliance to the Information Security Management System ISO 27001 Standard.
Murray’s consultancies regularly takes him to all States of Australia and many parts of the World to support a diverse client base from large multi nationals to small family businesses. Each is important and Murray takes a personal interest in the success of every one of them.
Always an engineer, Murray brings a logical approach to his consultancy work and maintains his interest and involvement in technical engineering work including inspections of amusement devices and infrastructure design for remote area clients.
Linda Stanton
Linda is a Senior Consultant with Feddersen Consulting Group and has a sound and practical understanding of the requirements and intent of each of the ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 Safety Management System Standards.
Linda is a qualified Lead Auditor of those Management Systems and has additional qualifications including a Diploma of Teaching and a Diploma of Financial Planning which equips her well to advise clients on the development and implementation leading to certification of compliant Management Systems.
Her clients have included small businesses operating from a single location to national firms with branches in all states. Industries range from Construction (including Project Management, Plumbing, Civil Works, Electrical and Quantity Surveying) to Education, Manufacturing, Clothing, Medical, Dental, Security and Arboriculture.
Linda’s responsibilities and direct experience with Financial Management and Human Resources equips her to provide reliable and highly relevant advice in today’s environment including compliance with legal requirements for safety and the environment.
As the Director of Feddersen Consulting Group, Linda also oversees Corporate Services and compliance matters for the company.
Ghislain Otia
Ghislain is a consultant with Feddersen Consulting Group providing advice in a range of areas including Safety, Environment, Quality and Information Security management systems.
Ghislain has highly relevant industry experience in both Public and Private sectors which included serving as an elected Health and Safety Representative with the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria Limited (EWOV), improving and driving work/life balance, health and safety and service culture within the Qantas Ground Operations Department and being responsible for the safety and compliance of solar system installations in accordance with Clean Energy Council’s rules and regulations with Customer Service and Relations Officer Renew Era Electrical
Company.
With his experience in Customer service, Change and Performance Management and Compliance, Ghislain is well equipped to support our clients in achievement of their goals.
Alan Greenhalgh
Alan brings a wealth of experience from diverse sectors, including banking, the defence forces (Army and Navy), engineering industry, construction industry and local government. After studying Information Technology at Central Queensland University and TAFE, Alan began a career as a network administrator/support officer for a mid-tier construction company across multiple locations in Queensland.
Alan later transitioned into Quality Management, a journey that commenced two decades ago. As the company expanded, Alan took on integrating ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO4801 and ISO18001 and achieving ISO certification. Alan then achieved WHS accreditation from the Federal Safety Commissioner for the management system. He also played a pivotal role in updating the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet ISO45001 standards.
Alan holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, with qualifications as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer (WHSO), a certified auditor, a RRTW Coordinator, and an NSCA Incident Investigator, along with numerous other certifications and licenses. At present, Alan is supporting Local Government in maintaining accreditation for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards and National Self Assurer OHS Auditing Tool (NAT).
With his extensive experience, process driven approach and unwavering commitment to all aspects of Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality, Alan is ideally suited to assist our clientele in overseeing and facilitating the seamless integration of multiple management systems, ensuring employee and community well-being, while reducing the organisation’s overall environmental impact.
Aimee Thompson
Aimee is one of our Management Consultants with Feddersen Consulting Group. Her insight and quick grasp of what is required is supported by her excellent professional and tertiary level achievements.
Aimee is a qualified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and as well holds a Bachelor of Forensic Science and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, so there is no avoiding her arresting nature and her fair-mindedness!
Working with clients with a range of backgrounds including construction, engineering, architectural, property development groups and local government, Aimee approaches her projects with enthusiasm and energy. The clients love her can do attitude and her positive approach to problem solving.

Lauren Smith
As Feddersen Consulting Group’s Office Manager, Lauren is in constant collaboration with the Directors to successfully provide high level administrative and operations support and advise on financial and accounting matters.
From South Africa with a background education in Science, Lauren worked as a research officer in the agricultural industry managing residue and efficacy trials for AVPMA submissions in regional North Queensland. Lauren has also worked in the electrical industry estimating, preparing tenders for submission, project management and document control, before taking on a role as business Operations Manager. Lauren has more than 10 years’ experience in project management and all things office related.
Lauren manages the teams’ calendars and coordinates interstate and international travel for our Consultants and is an integral part of Feddersen Consulting Group, and collaboratively with Directors ensures the achievement of our business objectives.
